SiKick is in private beta. You get in with a beta link or an invite from someone on a project. No passwords: you sign in with a code we email you.
First steps
- 1. Sign up
- Open your beta link (
sikick.si/beta/…) or an invite link, enter your email and type the 6-digit code we send. Tell SiKick your name.
- 2. Your day
- Set your working hours, meals and your own blocks (a school run, the gym). Change it any time: avatar menu → Set up your day.
- 3. Connect
- Optional, one at a time: Telegram for your boards, SiKick on your phone, Kick in, and your own AI. Mark each Done or Later.
- 4. A project
- Start a board (Boards ▾ → + New board) or accept an invite. Add people with a seat: a Lead sorts new work and approves changes, a Member works their cards and proposes changes. A Contact is a name you can assign, without a login.
- 5. Go
/app is My day, across all your projects. A short tour shows you around; replay it from the avatar menu (Replay tour).
- How
- Go to sikick.si/signin, enter your email and type the code. You stay signed in for 30 days on that device.
- No link yet?
- Ask the person who told you about SiKick for one.
My day and Boards
- What it is
- Top left: My day (your plan) and Boards ▾ (My cards, every project you're on, + New board). Personal is yours alone.
- Keys
- ⌘/Ctrl + 1–9 jumps to a board; / searches all cards.
SiKick reads your team's Telegram group through its own bot, @Sikickbot. The owner links the group once. From then on, work agreed in the chat lands in New from chat on the board, and in Found on the day of whoever it's for.
Read-only. The bot reads only the groups you link. It never edits, deletes or messages anyone; it answers /link once to confirm.
Link a group
- 1. Get a code
- On the board: Settings → Chat → Connect a Telegram group.
- 2. Add the bot
- Open in Telegram and add @Sikickbot to your group, then send
/link with your code in the group within 10 minutes.
- 3. Linked
- The bot confirms in the group; Settings shows the group as live.
- 4. Link yourself
- Everyone on the project: Settings → Chat → Your Telegram → Get a one-time code (valid 30 minutes) and post it in the group once. Now SiKick knows which messages are yours.
Send a recording to the bot
- What it does
- A voice note, audio file or video becomes a private recording with a transcript, notes and suggested cards.
- How
- Send the file to @Sikickbot in a private chat (up to 20 MB). A caption becomes the title;
Call with Priya
names the other person. Works once you've linked yourself.
- Where
- Your Library; its cards in Found.
What the bot never does
- Rules
- It reads only the groups you link.
- Private chats only for recordings you send it.
- It never posts, edits or deletes, apart from the one
/link reply.
- Remove it from the group, or Unlink in Settings → Chat, and it stops at once.
At /app. Left: Found, what SiKick picked up for you (silver). Right: the orb, Now and Today, what you're doing (lime). Nothing moves from left to right without your click.
You plan, SiKick helps. Your day holds what you put there, in your order. SiKick never reshuffles it and never splits a card.
Found
- What it does
- New cards from chat and calls, per project and per call or chat, each with why it's there and where it would go.
- How
- Open a project, filter All · Chat · Calls. Click a card to read it in full: the source and Open card.
Accept
- What it does
- Makes a card yours, on the day you pick.
- How
- ✓ Accept, then When? Today, Tomorrow, This week or No date, and a length. It stays where you put it. Accept all takes a whole call or chat at once.
More: ⋯
- What it does
- The other choices for a Found card.
- How
- Assign… hands it to someone. Later is only for you: it comes back tomorrow. Park for the team keeps it for everyone under Parked. Remove for everyone drops it. Leads sort new work; members see
Only Leads sort new items
where that applies.
Decisions in Found
- What it does
- Decision cards you're on carry a small ◆ Decision label.
- How
- Open the card: pick an option (the recommended one is marked) or Something else…, then Decide. It comes back as a normal card,
Decided: …
on top, to Accept or Assign. More in section 06.
Now
- What it does
- The one card you're on, or the next one up, with how long it's planned.
- How
- Start runs a timer (on the board: In progress). Done finishes it. Plan later takes it off your day into Found › To plan (your own task waits for tomorrow). Time: how long, when it starts, which day. While it runs, Take a break (10, 15 or 30 min) pauses the timer and moves the next cards later; Back to work ends the break early and the card waits for your Start. Each has a few seconds of Undo.
Add to your day
- What it does
- Your own task, in plain words. Private: it never lands on a board.
- How
- Type into Add to your day, for example
Call dentist 20m tomorrow 15:00
, and press Add. SiKick reads the length, the day and the time.
Today
- What it does
- Your day as a time line: your cards at their times, meals, your own blocks and the breaks you take between them, the time now in lime. Nothing is cut up by itself: a two-hour card stays two hours.
- How
- Drag to reorder. A card's time control: how long, a fixed start, or another day (or No date). × on every row says what it does: a card, Plan later (into Found › To plan); a meal, the workout, the wrap-up or your own block, Skip today (that day only, back tomorrow); a break or an appointment you added, Remove. Always with Undo. Hover the gap between two rows (on a phone: the small + between them) for + Break, 10, 15 or 30 min: the cards after it move later, nothing fixed moves; tap a break to change its length or remove it. Room left? Fill my day proposes cards as a dashed draft: Looks good keeps them, Clear takes them off. Too full? A calm warning says by how much, with one suggestion to move a card; nothing moves by itself.
Came up
- What it does
- Makes room for the unexpected.
- How
- Came up, then say what:
dentist 15:00 30m
. You see what it moves, then Done, with Undo.
End of day
- What it does
- Closes the day with one calm question: keep going?
- How
- +1 h, +2 h or + … to go on. Or Plan tomorrow / Plan my week. Open cards wait; nothing is lost.
04Week and your day setup
Today is for doing, the Week is for planning. A day ahead you haven't touched stays calm, with only your meals, blocks and appointments, until you ask Fill my day.
Nothing big happens on one click. A change to more than one card, a whole day or the week shows what changes first, then gives you Undo.
Week
- What it does
- Seven days as tiles, how full each one is, and the chosen day below.
- How
- Switch Today | Week. Drag a card onto another day. A day's ⋯: Hours for this day…, Take this day off, Clear this day. Fill my day works on any day.
Set up your day
- What it does
- Your working hours (other hours on some days), breakfast, lunch, dinner, a workout, a wrap-up and your own blocks. Breaks are yours to take when you want one (+ Break, Take a break); SiKick never plans them in by itself.
- How
- Avatar menu → Set up your day. Save, with Undo. Personal time sits on your day as it is; it never counts as work time.
Time tracking
- What it does
- Measures the time between Start and Done.
- Where
- On project cards as a work log. Time on your own tasks stays private.
Focus
- What it does
- Hides everything but the card you're on, its timer and what's next.
- How
- F or Focus; Esc or Exit leaves. Optional: Focus when I press Start, Focus on Deep work days.
Appearance
- What it does
- Auto (your device), Light, Paper (warm off-white) or Dark. Under Auto, Follow my day: light in working hours, dark outside.
- How
- Avatar menu → Appearance, or the ◐ button.
On your phone
- What it does
- The same day: My day, Boards, Found, Today and Me, with Kick in at the top.
- How
- Open
sikick.si/app and add it to your Home Screen (iPhone: Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen; Android: Chrome → ⋮ → Install app).
Every project has a board; every piece of work is a card. Open one from Boards ▾.
SiKick never files, moves, assigns or decides by itself. It suggests cards and prepares options. People do the rest, and every change is in Activity.
Views
- What it does
- The same cards as Columns, Lanes, River or Matrix (and Calendar with Google Drive).
- How
- Pick one from the view menu. SiKick remembers it per project.
My cards
- What it does
- Boards ▾ → My cards: every card on you across your projects, by status (To do, In progress, Blocked, Done of the last 7 days), grouped per project. Each card shows its due date and your plan (Wed 14:45 or To plan).
- How
- Drag a card to another status (a member on someone else's card sends it to a lead). It opens in Columns; Set as default keeps the view you like.
New from chat
- What it does
- What SiKick picked up from chat and calls, each with why and a suggested column. The same cards as Found.
- How
- Leads: Accept, Assign…, Park or Remove for everyone.
Cards
- What it does
- A title, notes, why it exists, people, comments and a status: To do, In progress, Blocked or Done.
- How
- Click a card to open it: Status, My plan (when it's on your day: how long, start, which day; only your own plan) and Topic.
Columns and Parking lot
- What it does
- One column per topic. The Parking lot keeps cards nobody has placed yet.
- How
- Drag cards between columns; higher = more important. A column's ⋯ renames, moves or deletes it, with Undo.
Releases and priorities
- What it does
- Groups in the sidebar sort cards a second way: releases, priorities, clients, sprints. A card sits in one item per group.
- How
- Leads and owners: + adds an item; its ⋯: Rename, Colour, Dates, Move, Remove. Filter the board by any item.
Members propose, leads approve
- What it does
- Members change their own cards at once. A change only leads may make becomes a proposal: everyone sees it faded on the card until a lead decides.
- How
- Leads see it under To approve: Approve, or Undo to keep it as it was. Activity → Changes shows what's waiting and what was decided.
Activity
- What it does
- Who changed what, newest first: moves, edits, comments, decisions, people via their AI.
- Where
- Sidebar → Activity, with a Changes tab for proposals.
Library and Google Drive
- What it does
- Calls & recordings of the project, and Files: its Google Drive folder.
- How
- Attach a Drive file to a card, upload from SiKick (straight to Drive), or make a New folder. Files stay in Drive; SiKick keeps the link.
Call agenda
- What it does
- The open points for the next team call, in your order.
- How
- Drag to order. Per point: Decide…, Discussed or Drop.
Settings
- What it does
- Tabs: Project, People & seats, Chat, AI, Notifications.
- How
- Sidebar → Settings. The owner edits; everyone else can read.
A decision is a normal card with a ◆ Decision label and a few options, prepared from the chat or call where it came up.
Deciding
- What it does
- Shows the context, the options and SiKick's recommendation.
- How
- Pick an option (+ why if you like) or Something else… in your own words. Later keeps it open; Drop removes it.
- Where
- On the card (a Decide tag on the board) and in Found on your day.
After you decide
- What it does
- The card stays a card, with
Decided: … · by … · date
on top, back in Found and New from chat.
- How
- Accept it if the follow-up is yours, or assign it. A pure choice? Mark it Done. Activity records who decided what.
Decided in chat or a call?
- What it does
- When SiKick hears a decision being made, it may suggest recording it, with the quote and where it was said.
- How
- Confirm, Edit or Not this. Leads, owners and the people on the card confirm; nothing changes until then.
Record a call from the browser, no install. A live transcript while you talk; notes and cards after.
Only on your click, always visible. Nothing records until you press Start. While it records, a panel with a red dot and a timer stays on screen. Let the others know you're recording.
Start
- How
- Press Kick in at the top of your day. Pick This computer or Phone call, the board (Personal · only you or a project) and who's With you, then Start.
- Where
- After Stop: the notes and cards, in your Library.
This computer
- What it does
- Records the call's tab (Meet, Zoom web, Teams…) plus your mic. Chrome or Edge on a computer.
- How
- Open the call first, pick its tab and tick Share tab audio. Audio only skips the picture and screenshots. Sharing stopped? Share again.
Teammates and guests
- What it does
- Everyone joins with their own mic, so each line carries the right name.
- How
- Tick teammates under With: they get Join with your mic. Anyone else: + guest or Invite by link (
sikick.si/j/…). Guests see who records, and can ask for the summary by email.
Phone call
- What it does
- Records a call on speaker through the microphone.
- How
- Phone on speaker next to the computer, then Phone call. Tap a line to switch its speaker if SiKick guessed wrong.
Safeguards
- What it does
- No speech for 10 minutes:
Still in a call?
, and it stops and saves 5 minutes later if nobody answers. A notice at 3 hours. At 4 hours it checks in and keeps going while people talk; it never runs past 8 hours.
- Where
- The recording panel. The audio is kept in your browser until the upload is through; nothing is lost.
08Recordings and the Library
Every recording (Kick in, the bot, the Mac app, imported Meet notes) gets a transcript, notes and suggested cards. One call is one page, even when several people recorded it.
Your Library
- What it does
- Every call you were in, yours or shared with you, and your work sessions.
- Where
- Avatar menu → Library; a project's calls under its own Library.
Parts go to boards
- What it does
- SiKick splits a call into parts by where the work belongs. Private to-dos stay with you.
- How
- Each part: → Board ▾ or Leave out. Or Send all as suggested. Where you lead it lands on the board; where you're a member, in New from chat.
Who's who
- What it does
- Names the voices SiKick couldn't place.
- How
- Play a few seconds of each voice and tap the person.
Google Meet notes
- What it does
- Turns a Meet notes doc (Gemini) into a call with notes and suggested cards.
- How
- Project Library → Import Meet notes and paste the Doc link.
Optional. The web app does everything. The desktop app gives your board its own window; on a Mac it adds Kick in from the menu bar for any app. Get it at sikick.si/download.
Kick in on the Mac ⌥ ⌘ R
- What it does
- Records any app: screen, system sound and your mic. Notices a call starting in Zoom, Teams, Meet and others and offers to kick in.
- How
- Sign in to SiKick… once and approve the code in your browser. Press the keys to kick in, again to wrap up. A red dot in the menu bar while it records.
Pins, voice and Windows
- Mac
- ⌥⌘P pins part of the screen with a note; hold ⌥⌘Space and say
note …
or card …
.
- Windows
- Your board in its own window, SiKick in the tray. To record, use Kick in in Chrome or Edge.
10Notifications and coach
A heads-up before your next thing, on your computer and your phone. Nothing is sent until you turn it on, and every kind can be turned off.
Turn them on
- How
- Avatar menu → Notifications → Turn on, then Send a test. On an iPhone, open SiKick from the Home Screen first (iOS 16.4 or newer).
- Where
- Your browser's or phone's notifications; with SiKick open in front, a small card in the page.
What you get
- What it does
- A nudge to plan your day, a heads-up before the next card, running long, a break after 50 minutes straight, and Join with your mic when a teammate kicks in.
- How
- Switch each on or off. Quiet outside your hours and on weekends.
The coach
- What it does
- Small, quiet nudges while you work:
Time for a break
, Planned time's up
. After 90 minutes of focus the card may ask Time for a break?
(⋯ Don't suggest breaks turns that off). During a Kick in it can give a live tip.
- How
- Answer in one tap (In 10 min, +15 min, Done…). A tip becomes a card only with Add as card…. Never twice for the same thing.
Connect your own AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or any MCP client): avatar menu → Connect your AI. It reads what you can see and suggests. With its own Gmail, Outlook, calendar, Slack or Linear connector it can bring work from there too: see the recipes. SiKick only gets what your AI suggests, never the inbox or tool itself.
Your AI suggests, you decide. Every card it suggests waits for a person's click, and everything it does is in Activity, as you, via your AI.
Connect it
- 1. Pick
- Avatar menu → Connect your AI, pick Claude, ChatGPT or another client.
- 2. Connect
- claude.ai, Claude Desktop or ChatGPT: add a custom connector with
https://www.sikick.si/mcp and approve Read + suggest or Read only. Claude Code or a script: create a key in the same panel (shown once).
- 3. Check
- The panel turns green once your AI has called SiKick. Then Check inbox with your AI in Found opens it with the inbox prompt.
Let your AI sort
- What it does
- Owners and leads can switch a project to use their own AI: new chat messages and recordings then wait for it instead of SiKick's.
- How
- Board → Settings → AI. Then ask your AI to
sort my new SiKick chats
.
Private by design
- What it does
- Your AI sees only the projects and cards your seat sees, and your Personal space.
- How
- A Read only connection can't even see the write tools. Revoke it any time in the same panel.
What your AI can do
| Tool | What it does |
list_projects | Your projects and Personal, your seat, what's waiting, and what this connection may do. |
get_board, my_cards | A board (New from chat, Parking lot, the columns) or just your open cards. |
my_day | Your plan for today or the week. Read only. |
search, get_card | Search cards, chat and notes; one card with its comments and history. |
get_decisions | Open decisions with their options, and what was decided. |
get_activity, get_call_agenda | What changed; the open points for the next call. |
list_recordings, get_call_notes | Recordings and their notes, yours in Personal too. |
get_new_messages | New chat messages to sort, when the project uses its people's own AI. |
suggest_cards | Suggests cards into New from chat, with where they came from and a reply draft. A person accepts them. |
suggest_card_update | Adds a note to a card; anything bigger is posted for a person, never applied. |
prepare_decision | Prepares options and a recommendation for a decision. |
add_call_notes | Writes the notes for a recording that waits for your AI. |
add_comment | Comments on a card. |
capture_to_personal | Adds a private task or note to your own day, on a day and at a start time if you give one. |
Chat
- Rule
- @Sikickbot only reads the groups you link. It answers
/link once and never edits or deletes. Remove it any time.
Every write is a click
- Rule
- SiKick and your own AI suggest. A person accepts, assigns, moves and decides, and Activity records who.
Where your data lives
- Rule
- In the EU: hosted on Fly.io in Frankfurt.
AI
- Rule
- Only what a task needs is sent: the new messages being sorted, one transcript, one card. We use AI providers that don't store or train on your data.
Recording
- Rule
- Only on your click (or a call you set the Mac app to pick up), always with a visible indicator. Guests see who records. Personal recordings are yours alone.
Your day
- Rule
- Your plan, your own tasks and your personal time are yours. Teammates see your work on project cards, not your day.

Where did the card I accepted go?
To the day you picked, or to No date. Find it in Today or the Week, or under Boards ▾ → My cards. Its time control moves it to another day.
Will SiKick rearrange my day?
No. Your day holds what you put there, in your order, and cards are never split. Fill my day only proposes, dashed, until you keep it. A day that's too full gets a warning and one suggestion, nothing more.
What can @Sikickbot see?
Only the Telegram groups it was linked to, and recordings you send it in a private chat. It answers /link once and posts nothing else. Remove it, or Unlink in Settings → Chat, and it stops. Messages already read stay in the project.
Can my AI change things on its own?
No. It can suggest cards, notes and comments, and add private tasks to your own day. Accepting, assigning, moving and deciding stay a person's click.
Does SiKick connect to WhatsApp, Gmail or my calendar?
Not directly yet. Gmail, Outlook and your calendar work today through your own AI and the recipes; a built-in calendar sync is coming. WhatsApp on request.
Why is a speaker called "Other"?
When SiKick can't tell who's speaking, it says so. Open the call and name the voice in Who's who. Teammates who join with their mic are named by themselves.
I forgot to stop a recording.
SiKick asks Still in a call?
after 10 quiet minutes and stops 5 minutes later. What was said is saved.
