Terms of use.

Last updated: 3 November 2026

These terms apply to your use of SiKick: the site sikick.si, the web app, the Telegram bot @Sikickbot, the guest join pages and the optional SiKick desktop apps. By signing in or using SiKick, you agree to them. How we handle personal data is in the Privacy policy.

In short

  • SiKick is in private beta. It is provided "as is" and may change or be unavailable at times.
  • Your content stays yours. We only use it to run SiKick for you.
  • AI suggests, and suggestions can be wrong. People decide.
  • Use it fairly: nothing illegal, no recording without consent, no abuse or scraping of others.
  • Dutch law applies. Questions: [email protected].

The service

#

SiKick is a personal day planner (My day) plus project boards for your team, operated by TimeFyndr ("we", "us"). It turns your team's chat and calls into suggested cards, and the people on the team confirm every change. Teams can connect a Telegram group through @Sikickbot (it only reads), record calls in the browser with Kick in (teammates and guests can join with their mic from a link), attach Google Drive files to cards and connect their own AI assistant through MCP. The SiKick Mac app is optional.

02

Private beta

#

SiKick is in private beta: you join with a beta link, an invite, or a seat a project owner gave you. Features are still being built and may change, move or be removed. We welcome feedback, and we may use the feedback you give us to improve SiKick without any obligation to you.

During the beta SiKick is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Please keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose.

03

Your account

#
  • You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that mailbox secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
  • Give a real name and an email address you control. You must be at least 16 to use SiKick.
  • If you use SiKick for an organisation, you confirm you may do so on its behalf.
  • Project owners and leads decide who joins a project and with which seat. They are responsible for the people they invite and for what they connect (a Telegram group, a Drive folder).
  • Keep your keys (for the desktop app or your own AI) private, and revoke them if you think one has leaked.
04

Acceptable use

#

You agree not to:

  • upload, record or share illegal content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
  • record anyone without their consent, or add @Sikickbot to a group without letting its members know. Tell participants you're recording and follow the law where you and they are. A guest join link is for the people on that call only;
  • abuse, harass or scrape other people, or collect their data without a legal basis;
  • try to get into accounts, projects or data you weren't given access to, or test or bypass SiKick's security;
  • overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer SiKick, or use it to send spam or malware;
  • use automated access beyond the documented connections (the bot, the desktop apps, "Connect your AI").
05

Your content

#

You and your team own your content: cards, comments, decisions, chat, recordings, transcripts and files. We claim no ownership of it.

You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, copy and display your content only as needed to provide SiKick to you and your team (for example to transcribe a recording, suggest a card or show a file on a board). This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies in backups until they are rotated out.

You are responsible for your content and for having the right to put it into SiKick. We may remove content that clearly breaks these terms or the law.

06

AI suggestions

#

SiKick uses AI to suggest cards, notes and decisions, and to write call notes from transcripts. AI suggestions can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are only suggestions: people decide, and you are responsible for checking a suggestion before you accept or act on it. The same applies to what your own connected AI assistant suggests.

07

Other services

#

Some features work with services we don't run, such as Telegram, Google Drive and the AI assistant you connect yourself. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them. If one of them changes or stops, the matching SiKick feature may stop working.

08

Availability

#

We work to keep SiKick running and your data safe, with regular backups. During the beta, however, availability isn't guaranteed: SiKick may be slow, down for maintenance, or interrupted, and we may change or end features. We'll try to give notice of planned changes that affect you.

09

Liability

#
  • To the extent Dutch law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption.
  • Our total liability to you for all claims together is limited to the amount you paid us for SiKick in the 12 months before the claim, or €100 if you paid nothing.
  • These limits don't apply to loss caused by our intent or deliberate recklessness (opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid), or where the law doesn't allow liability to be limited.
  • If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights mandatory consumer law gives you.
10

Suspension and ending

#

You can stop using SiKick at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. Project owners can delete a project themselves; it stays in the trash for 30 days and is then deleted permanently.

We may suspend or end your access, or a project's, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect SiKick, its users or others. Where reasonable we'll warn you first and give you the chance to export your content. We may also end the beta or SiKick as a whole; we'll then give reasonable notice so you can export your content.

11

Changes to these terms

#

We may update these terms, for example when SiKick changes. We'll update the date at the top and tell you about important changes in SiKick or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can stop using SiKick before then; if you keep using it, the new terms apply.

12

Law and courts

#

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the competent court in the district where TimeFyndr is based: the District Court of North Holland (Rechtbank Noord-Holland). If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country and may bring a claim in the courts where you live.

If a part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies.
